In news that is not DoorDash related, I opened up the refrigerator and the cheesecake fell out, opening upside down and spilling on the floor. So frankly, I am just over it and I need someone to run me my money.

Hello @DoorDash_help – yesterday I was refunded money because the restaurant was too busy. Today, my order was dropped off at the wrong place. The email said that it was reviewed by a fraud specialist and I am not eligible for a refund. This is unacceptable. Next steps, please.
