I’ve sat thinking on this for weeks since evrything was announced. Its puzzled me, especially seeing as Destiny 2 hit number 1 seller on Steam last week, and showing up all over the gaming community. Playing D2 without the FOMO drive of the seasonal model is so much more enjoyable.
I do wonder if the franchise stuck with one major expansion a year and invested less in seasonal activities that ultimately vanish how different the cards would be now.
