Okay LADies, I watched the full CCTV segment (I had to use capcut and its auto CC feature 😵‍💫) and what the actual fuck 🫠

From what I understand, the report is basically about minors bypassing age restrictions by stealing their parents’ or older siblings’ details, or buying already verified adult accounts, so they can play otome games and spend money.

And CN Hunters have discovered that some of the accounts involved in Valko’s smear campaign were apparently 11 to 15 year old CHILDREN 😭😭😭
