@CityOfMcKinney What can I do about my neighbors dog barking nonstop in the duplex community I live in? Nonstop barking for hours every Saturday and Sunday and so loud it may as well be inside my home. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with this problem with a neighbor. It’s total BS.
