Grieving the girl I used to be!

Backstory: Gone through another flare up recently leaving me weak and exhausted.
Took my kids for a walk today & now down on the couch. I miss being the fun mom & all the adventures we had.
Even if I pay for it, today was fun

Stop shaming parents for what they feed their kids for breakfast. Mac and cheese is no different than a bagel and cream cheese - both are a grain and diary. And pizza is a very nutritious breakfast. I'd rather them eat the most out of pocket thing than not eat at all
