Tunnel is OPEN, incorrect media reporting.

Shocking 1+ hour travel times inbound on the Monash just from Warrigal Rd and outbound on the West Gate to Duncans Rd.

Nasty accidents:

Narre Warren N Rd, Ring Road/Ballarat Rd and North Rd (Cranbourne S).

Beware of speeds down on the Ring Road at the West Gate, after that rollover on Sunday causing delays.

Also crews were on the Hume at Donnybrook Rd on camera earlier doing rubbish collecting
