To explain, on good days I can walk a mile or more. On bad days, I can't even get a 0.1 mile before I need to rest. Iron has made a huge difference, but I wanted to give a heads up. It's WORTH IT!

I really do feel SO MUCH BETTER after iron infusions, but I wanted to give a heads up. Apparently when your body goes into survival mode cause you have no red blood cells to carry oxygen, once it gets better it may hit all at once! (please post the previous, I want to help!)

OK, so I live on blue, but this is important enough to share. IF YOU HAVE SEVERE ANEMIA AND DEPRESSION/ANXIETY, iron infusions, like SSRIs, will make you feel better but can also trigger suicidal thoughts. Please, get the infusions, but be aware!!!
