@IDJClub Main concern is kidney failure, particularly in SOT who are more susceptible due to concurrent CNI... The one SOT KTx patient who got AMBITION in our hospital went from normal kidney function to irreversible AKI... Maybe same thing would have happened with AmB + 5FC x 14 days ...
