🚨 UPDATE: The press pool aboard Air Force One has been "advised to keep our window shades closed," per pooler @meganmesserly

It's not immediately clear why, but the pooler felt the need to mention that in her final report before she lost signal, as press do not get WiFi access aboard AF1 for security reasons

It could be something as innocent as allowing people to sleep, but I've not seen that included in a pool report before.

Iran does share a border with Iran, so it may just be out of an abundance of caution.
