@AmericanAir my baggage was never loaded onto my plane. I’m now in Chicago and my bag is still in Charlotte, NC. Any way someone can make sure it gets on the next Chicago flight so it has a chance of getting on the last flight of the day to my tiny town in Northern Michigan?

@AmericanAir I know that is the case here. That���s why I asked if you actually talked to someone or are just assuming that they will be back to the counter. Because their next flight out is at 6:34 and they usually done come to the counter until 2 hours before.

@AmericanAir Okay, I hope I get to my destination before it’s too late and my bag can’t get to me today. It would be nice if it could be handled now when there are still flights available to get into ORD early enough to make the last flight to TVC. It’s clearly in CLT and not in ORD.
