.@HealthHub_PES continues to disappoint- I finally got an update today but they can’t fix the TV until Tuesday. Unacceptable. We all know that a well placed call from a senior manager could sort this in 5 mins. They choose not to solve this problem.

@SunwingVacay We are home at YYZ but no thanks to SW. we booked our return on @SwoopAirline - cost a lot but we have good trip insurance. Many lessons learned. So glad we bailed on awful @SunwingVacay - if you are stuck recommending you get out another way!
