@NickiRLemieux #acpnpchat #asuacpnp24 I was intrigued by this information, too, especially the correlation of ⬆️ammonia level leading to ⬆️HE, and Cerebral edema. With ammonia level >200 a risk factor for mortality/herniation.

@laura_kawasaki @DaniSebbens @AimeeBucci In PC at an FQHC, a lot of our patients are on OTC combination medications purchased out of the country. I am in the habit of always looking up OTC's for what they contain! I have also seen a trend of unsafe packaging. 🧐🥸🤓
