@abbiemich@JoelThackery@British_Airways@chambleebrandel@HeathrowAirport The issue is their robot/machine sorting system crashed and since they let all the human workers go, they had a handful of humans to sort all of that luggage. What perfect timing for them to fail right after investing in operational efficiency.

@HeathrowAirport why are you holding our bags prisoner? Your airport equipment failed 3 days ago and you are not sending our bags to us. I have called your India based call center 7 times.
@AirwaysBri76162 lost 2 of our bags and are not helping to find them. The bags for the entire flight were not loaded onto the plane and we leave Italy before they say the bags can be located. This is an emergency and I can’t get any help.
