@santanderuk Still not fixed. Card declined with a full shopping trolley at the till with no way of paying. The embarrassment of mumbling apologies walking away leaving the trolley full for someone else to have to put back. Contacted CS at half 8 and still no response. Beyond angry now

@pulte Electric prepaid meter is nearly out of emergency credit with no way of topping it up until Tuesday 🥺 boiler for heating and hot water runs off Electric. Help please- Electric company won't give me an emergency top up cos I had 1 a few months back
