@techemnb @Emad_Omara I just got it working, in iOS 26.5 I toggled airplane mode on and off, then toggled RCS Messages On and Off and now I have encripted RCS messages with Google Messages beta users again.

After it said waiting for authentication... the E2EE was working again just like in the beta.

@techemnb @Emad_Omara You're right, the encryption is down for me now with my Google Messages beta contacts. Bummer! Hopefully Google and Apple are aware of this, and its fixed before the final release of iOS 26.5.

@techemnb @Emad_Omara You have to be messaging a Google Messages beta user, and both carriers have to support MLS RCS encryption.

MLS encryption that Apple implemented is not yet supported by all Google Messages users.
