I still will probably be here too but let's be honest, we're all here less than we used to be.

Like. After 3 years of actively transitioning, I finally had the confidence to go out in a skirt. I had a few guys be creepy about it but STILL. I JUST BOUGHT A DRESS...I PLAN TO WEAR...IN PUBLIC! I LOOKED IN THE MIRROR AND THOUGHT I LOOKED CUTE! THIS HASN'T HAPPENED BEFORE!

[Melody McFox @MelodyMcFox]

Recently, I've been getting complimented on my style, my makeup, my hair, and honestly, I think it's somehow improving my self-image? This shouldn't be a revelation, but I thought I'd just always think I'd look bad, but people say the opposite soooo... maybe they're right?

BREAKING: A federal judge has blocked President Trump's executive order forcibly to detransition trans women inmates and transfer them to men's prisons, citing the 8th amendment prohibition on cruel and unusual punishment.

[Melody McFox @MelodyMcFox]

@TweetMakingBoi @Flamingoodness1 @TurboJehtt I should note, this executive order is essentially a statement of what the government plans to do. It is not a law. Based off of my understanding of the document, there's a 30 day window from the date of the order for a policy/law to be written.

[Melody McFox @MelodyMcFox]

@TweetMakingBoi @Flamingoodness1 @TurboJehtt I hope I'm misunderstanding the wording but basically it sounds like
1. Reproductive capability is what will legally define sex
2. "Sex" based spaces i.e. bathrooms ect. will be illegal for what the order deems the opposite sex to use
3. All documentation must reflect birth sex

[Melody McFox @MelodyMcFox]

@TweetMakingBoi @Flamingoodness1 @TurboJehtt Has signed, unfortunately.
And it is worse than just that.

The book me and my mom wrote together in 2023 is now available on Amazon. If you're curious about what one goes through during their first year of gender transition or what an accepting parent goes through in that time, then maybe give it a read: https://t.co/cNlhpPxrRv

For certain employment related reasons, I am unable to make any political posts online anymore. I didn't make many before for similar employment related reasons.

On a totally not political note, I hope that all of us in the queer community are ready for the years ahead.

Worked on a special Halloween comic for the next @NintendoForce with the great @soft_rumpus! Can you name all these guest characters from Switch games released in Sept/Ost /24? If this tweet gets 100 RTs, I'll give away a few codes for games to those who get it right!
