@elstragedies 3 days, passed out on the bathroom floor at school and was too weak to get back up, my friend watched and forced me to eat a bag of chips
@purpledust90 i lose 1lb/day by eating 1 meal portion in the morning, usually a sandwich or one bowl of ramen, then i may snack lightly during the afternoon if i need it, then i eat before bed/between 9-11, as well as drinking water. eat very lightly throughout the day instead of a lot at once
@purpledust90 it’s the large meals, eating a bunch a calories and then purging isn’t going to work forever, you’re still going to hold onto calories and stop losing weight. especially if it’s fast food. through losing weight i’ve learned that i lose about a 1/day by (out of space, replies)
i’m fat and disgusting, i can’t stop fucking shoving food in my mouth, won’t drop past 164, im so fucking fat and gross i want to cut my stomach open to get the fat out, im so so fucking fat it’s disgusting
@str4wberrym1Ik@l1aastrv i was in this position, the moment i got older (14 ish, turned 16) he lost interest in me, it’s been like that every time, plus it is just really fucking gross as a 16 yo and a 30 yo have NOTHING in common, he doesn’t love you like you think he does and i promise you that
@swantongue something i do that seemed to be working before i got lazy was 10 pushups, 20 crunches (or however many you can do until fail), then 10 squats, repeat as many times as you can until you can’t anymore
@Amoemaxxing do people not realize that things like binging is also ED related? not saying that’s what you had/have going on, but the whole “you can’t have an ed ur big” makes no fucking sense
@ikoikowic i can’t say food specifically, but be aware for me personally when i have been actively purging for a couple days, i end up with a fever and sick, something to keep in mind
