@DHLitNowUK hi I arranged for a collection on 16 Dec. No one turned up. I have tried to rearrange but can't see how. I have tried WhatsApp, web, FB, chat and cannot get hold of anyone. Please can you advise how to rearrange or can I simply drop off at a store. Thanks

@wpduk @oMikeo Will they definitely be fixed today as you updates just keep getting pushed back. 8am yesterday, then 6pm, than 2am this morning to now 6pm today sun. ST5 still without power 2 days in. Getting really frustrated as can get through to anyone and web updates stopped🤬🤬

@wpduk outage from 11.20pm Fri eve. Now sun 9.30am and still no power. Updates stopped no calls picked up. No sign of engineers. We love in a small village ST55EF with elderly and v young. SHAME ON YOU FOR NOT SORTING IT YET

@wpduk Really..... Over 2 days without power. Still no power, no updates, no calls answered, but hey so long as that profit margin is massive, screw investing in fixing an old and aging infrastructure in let it break and the paying clients suffer. ST5 still no power 🤬🤬🤬

@westernpowerwa no electricity is 11.20 Friday evening. Now Sunday morning still no power. Love in a village with elderly people and small children. No sign of engineers updates remove from site, no calls connecting. SHAME ON YOU

@jubtwo please can you reinstate wed & Fri 5.30 spin. Although more are home working we are still working so the morning spin is inconvenient. There was a fri 5.30 spin which I booked but was cancelled and is now unavailable. Really disappointed in week night spin availability

Places get booked because you won't allow the refund as yet even though we know Scotland is returning to Tier 3 in 26 April.

@cottagescom Scotland returning to Tier3 on 26.04. told unable to refund at present as only have details upto 25.04 yet roadmap for Tier 3 is clear. Now unable to rebook for at least 2 weeks waiting for your update release which I already know the answer to... 1of2

And other holiday agencies already have on the Covid updates that we will not be allowed to travel to Scotland on 26 April until the next review so why isn't this updated on your site. We are due to travel on 26th. And now have to sit and watch other....
