@TLRailUK@TLRailUK I pay a fortune for travel, and more often than not seem landed with a train that ends up not stopping at my home station. Taxis cost a fortune and my delay repay refund is next to nothing. It’s really horrendous for people having to commute for a living
@TLRailUK any chance the 22.35 out of London Bridge to Brighton could terminate at Haywards Heath instead of Three Bridges? Balcombe gets abandoned so regularly and is already only serviced every half an hour. Just been told cancelled
@TLRailUK No because it was on the planner as 0718 and I didn’t have time to get there from my house when I saw it. If id known it was 0724 I’d have gone down
@TLRailUK no trains going north out of Balcombe. Can you put a stop on a different train so we can at least get to a larger station and make our way from there?
@TLRailUK any chance the 1805 out of London Bridge, now cancelled at Balcombe, can stop at Balcombe before cancelling, or another train can make this stop?
@TLRailUK two trains in a row cancelled from Balcombe > London this morning meaning 1 1/2 hours between running trains. Anything that can be done to lessen this gap?
@TLRailUK These cancelled trains to a station with only two trains an hour already, cause many to miss saying good night to our children. It’s not acceptable. I understand cancelling larger stations as the next train is often only a few mins behind, but Balcombe is let down too often
@TLRailUK just had the delayed 1835 train from London Bridge to Brighton cancelled to Balcombe. Given very few trains call in balcombe as it is, any chance it can stop there? We otherwise end up waiting for ages
Two Balcombe trains cancelled from Gatwick in a row meaning 1 1/2 hours between running trains. Any chance of an additional stop on another train please @TLRailUK@SouthernRailUK
@TLRailUK They put one on at 0933 with 3 minutes notice. I managed to sprint down and catch it but barely anyone else made it (people don’t stand for 50 minutes on a platform - they go home to wait). It really is an utter joke and the bigger picture needs to be addressed and quickly!
@TLRailUK any reason the 0905 train - Balcombe to London Bridge - whizzed straight through our station without stopping this morning and now says it “departed on time”? Left a good 30 people (including children) standing there when the 0925 is also cancelled. Shambles as always
@TLRailUK The £3 I get back doesn’t really compensate for sitting in the freezing cold waiting over 40 mins for another delayed train, and missing my children’s bedtime
@TLRailUK 19.05 from London Bridge cancelled after Three Bridges. This leaves all Balcombe travellers stuck for at least another half an hour given how infrequent our trains are. Any chance of cancelling after Balcombe or Haywards Heath instead? We’re left stranded so often!
@TLRailUK Worth noting the train Id have to wait an extra half an hour for is now 10 mins late so instead of a 13 min delay I’m having to wait 40 minutes…
