It was a pleasure to inaugurate Collins Aerospace’s new Engineering Development & Test Center in Bengaluru alongside Sri. @MBPatil.

With a $25M investment, the new facility will test product prototypes to ensure that its aerospace systems meet the highest global safety and performance standards.

@CollinsAero, from the family of RTX, one of the world’s largest aerospace & defence companies works across advanced structures, avionics, interiors, mission systems and power & control systems.

- Karnataka accounts for 65% of India’s aerospace and defence manufacturing.
- 25% of India’s aircraft and spacecraft industry is based in Karnataka.
- 67% of all aircraft and helicopters manufactured for defence services are produced in Karnataka.
- 65% of the country’s aerospace-related exports from India are contributed by Karnataka.

Their investment in Karnataka reinforces our leadership in this sector.
