My heart goes out to the Johnsons and their family and friends during this difficult time

That being said, and I’ve hesitated to say anything but, this is not a hockey play or a “freak accident”

I’m sure the player didn’t mean to catch him in the throat, but he does seem to intentionally throw his leg behind him to catch some piece of Adam

Either way, a senseless and avoidable tragedy
