Our #RunThru video, inspired by former Sen. Wellstone, highlights the incredible work we’ve done together these past 4 years. Join us as we continue building a Saint Paul that works for all of us - we all do better when we all do better! Please retweet & be sure to vote Nov 2!
@Will_C_d_V@FrederickMelo This is inaccurate. I said our goals of adding street level vitality and making walking outside unnecessary conflict with one another. City Hall navigates paradoxes like this all the time; that’s way different than suggesting “moving away” from skyways.
I’m honored to see this conversation with @time from a couple years ago featured recently as part of their #TIME100 Talks series.
The themes — community trust, public safety, and local leadership — feel as relevant now as ever.

Me: There should be a Grammy for best judicial ruling.
You gotta read this.
He was on the ground face down, being beaten by six men, and half the shots are fired while he lays lifeless on the ground.
If they were wearing different clothes, none of us would be confused by what this is.

I’m disgusted by what happened in Minneapolis today. Disgusted that it was so predictable. ICE is operating in ways that sow fear, hatred, and violence—and creating chaos they lack the capacity to manage. Renee Good should absolutely still be alive.

Minnesota has to come first - always.
Today, I’m proud of the work we’ve done to make Minnesota the best place to live and raise kids.
I’ve decided to step out of the race and let others worry about the election while I focus on the work.
It was a very seamless process.
I voted for fellow @HHHSchool grad @melvincarter3 as my first choice, my own state rep @KaohlyVangHer as my 2nd choice, and Engineer Adam Dullinger as my 3rd choice in the St Paul mayoral ranked choice voting election. #LocalElectionsMatter
Mayor @melvincarter3 shows up for St. Paul — fighting for families, expanding opportunity, and making sure every neighbor has a fair shot to afford their life. I’m proud to endorse him for re-election.
St. Paul, make sure you vote for Melvin by 8pm tomorrow, Nov. 4th!
🗳️ This Election Day, I’m ranking Melvin Carter first for Mayor and voting YES on both ballot questions.

Kicked off this beautiful Sunday at Pilgrim Baptist and St James AME, two churches where my family and I worshipped for years. It’s always good to be home.
