I already acknowledged the raw numbers are tiny—because the trans population was basically a rounding error until recently. That's *why* per capita/percentages matter. You don't get to wave around low absolutes while ignoring the explosion in identification and what the patterns show.

Prison stats are damning here. In the UK (best detailed breakdowns), trans women (biological males) have been massively overrepresented in sex offenses and violent convictions—50-60%+ with sex crime histories in older counts, rates that track male patterns far more than female ones. That's convicted crimes, not surveys. And yes, external crimes go unreported all the time—fear, social pressure, institutional capture. That underreporting cuts *against* your side if anything, because it means the official overrepresentation is a lower bound.

Dhejne's long-term Swedish study (the one with actual decades of follow-up) showed male-to-female transitioners kept male-typical criminality and violence rates. Didn't magically flip to female norms. Later cohorts had some softening, sure, but the sex-based pattern didn't vanish. Critics nitpick confounders and small samples, but those same problems hit every counter-study too—plus massive changes in who even identifies as trans now.

That's the rate-of-change issue you're dodging. Trans identification has skyrocketed over 20 years (especially youth cohorts, 5-10x+ in some surveys), and even more dramatically over 50. Visibility of incidents follows the population boom. Add mental health comorbidities, trauma, and the retained biology, and the per-capita elevation holds in the domains that matter (violence, sex offenses). Prisons are adjusting policies now for a reason—women's safety in female spaces.

Data isn't perfect on any side. Small N, self-ID shifts, underreporting, politics in recording. But pretending that means "nothing to see" is cope. Percentages don't lie when you zoom out. The trends and patterns are clear to anyone not ideologically blocked.
