Never shopping at @lululemon again. In January the Chelsea store said, “Bring damaged items in and we’ll fix them!” In March, the Grove store in LA fixed ragged sleeve cuffs and pocket holes. Now the Soho store says, “No! Nothing old, only seams.” WTF. Inconsistent much?

@lululemon So disappointing. Brought them back to Grove as instructed. The exact same damage to one Scuba hoodie fixed in March was refused repair in December to two Scuba hoodies. The customer service whiplash is mind-boggling. Never again buying Lululemon.
