This afternoon, Year 6 have had a workshop from our school mental health support worker, about their transition to High School and their feelings about this.

Our F2 class are learning all about animals and their habitats. One of our lovely parents brought in their family tortoise, Peggy🐢 The children were able to hold Peggy and ask questions about her.

At lunchtime, we had our ‘street party’ outside to celebrate the King’s Coronation 🤴🇬🇧

Year 2 went to Port Sunlight. They learnt more about our significant person from our local area, William Leverhulme. They learnt about his soap factory and how the soap was made. They also visited a worker’s cottage to learn more about what life was like as a factory worker.

In assembly this morning, Mrs O’Neill Edwards talked to our children about our ethos - Aspire, Challenge, Achieve.
We want all of our children to dream big, work hard and succeed in every part of their lives. A great way to start the term ❤️

As a gesture of good will we have been donated some delicious malteser bunnies from our local Best-One shop on Bromborough Rake(Sweeneys).
This is a very kind gesture that we are sure our children and families will enjoy this Easter.
