@ThreshedThought @sewateruk 35 minutes so far in a queue on the phone just to check my water bill, no app just online or we'll hold you on the phone. When at BT if a queue develops management would step into answering calls. Too simple for @sewateruk

@sewateruk @ThreshedThought Yes eventually, it's not your agent's fault. It shouldn't take nearly 4 weeks for a meter reading to be processed. I was told last Wednesday that I should phone back today and my payment plan can be arranged....Still not possible
