@nowpensions@RachelReevesMP@peterkyle Without Paid Carers Leave the millions of Unpaid Carers won't be able to finance their future pensions because of continuing with the ridiculous Unpaid Carers Leave which adds further stress on their daily struggle
@sewateruk@ThreshedThought Your colleague said it's not possible, Sorry I haven't my account number to hand, with technology it shouldn't take so long for readings to be processed unless the reader is dragging it out. Most water companies have an app so customers can keep updated not @sewateruk
@ThreshedThought@sewateruk 35 minutes so far in a queue on the phone just to check my water bill, no app just online or we'll hold you on the phone. When at BT if a queue develops management would step into answering calls. Too simple for @sewateruk
@sewateruk@ThreshedThought Yes eventually, it's not your agent's fault. It shouldn't take nearly 4 weeks for a meter reading to be processed. I was told last Wednesday that I should phone back today and my payment plan can be arranged....Still not possible
@sewateruk@ThreshedThought Thank you, we normally receive our bill by 2nd week of September and March, next week is April and the readings are still I understand yet to be processed but our meters been read....
@peterkyle@johnnytimpson1@clentonF@Dawid1 It's time to make things easier for Working Family Carers and allow Paid Carers Leave avoiding loss of taxes for the treasury and Social Care becomes even more overstretched because this forgotten army have been forced to give up work
@peterkyle@johnnytimpson1 With the forthcoming Consultation on Paid Carers Leave this government should do what's needed and allow 5 days PAID Carers Leave and not hide behind what BEIS told me at the last one...we can't allow Paid Leave too many civil servants will claim
@Matt1Driscoll@ThreshedThought@itvnews Everyone please note Hannah at @sewateruk says she knows better than me after I said you can't use boiled water for my procedure. I've been doing this 39 years...
@MendingTheGap@whazell@ThreshedThought@DaveHintonwater@uclh Hi Chris,
Your water is chemically safe, but a potential fault in the final disinfection process means you must boil it before drinking. Further information is available on our website: https://t.co/hiVej3PlDD
Many thanks,
Hannah
