While presenting the Staff of Office to His Royal Majesty, I urged him to break new frontiers during his reign, carry everyone along, maintain an open-door policy, and extend a hand of fellowship to all. I also used the occasion to re-emphasize the importance of our traditional institutions maintaining regular interfaces with the Delta State Advisory and Peace Building Council for effective strategies to contain any emerging security threats within their kingdoms.
