@BigFatHater@_sn_n Anybody who relies on societal structures to live is beholden to certain expectations and responsibilities. Anybody who is inside the US is beholden to its laws. Person A does not get more of a say than Person B just because they decided to live far afield from civilization.

@TheHuggyBear123 @ExistentialEnso If it doesn't matter, and youre going to exempt 95% of people anyway, why bother making it a law at all? Aside from the obvious point that the Government should not be in charge of keeping track of "sins"
@Ishii12321 @prezes904 @spear_dagger No? But most billionaires are not actually in charge of anything besides their own companies and do not hold public office. Nor should they. And I do not think anyone should work for free, but I also do not think people should use their time in public office to enrich themselves.
