You can see in @valthevalYT's video about the Neopets sidekick, all the assets failing to load because everything is streamed now.

Epic, I don't care if my install is 200gbs, if that means I don't have to wait for my paid cosmetics to load, so be it.

There is no reason for Fortnite not to have an optional extra install for all the streamed assets. People with bad internet connections are going to suffer the most from this, I'd rather have a bigger download size than not be able to see my cosmetics at all because they can't be streamed to my game fast enough.

It even happens in-game too, your cosmetics just don't even load properly half the time
