@riacountscals I’m 2kg away from my ugw and I already have no ass to sit inside the sauna hard seat without my ass hurting 🫪…. Would still pick no ass

[ִֶָ☾.݁ miley ᛪ༙ @ilomilomiley]

saw someone say it’s embarrassing for adults to be on edtwt

Body checking

Something I found surprising is the lack of people who eat corn as diet food, it has relatively low cal and sweet and crunchy and biting off the cob makes you eat slower (if you’re fast eater) by the end of it you’ll feel less hungry even if you’re not full

[Meowy @Meowydew]

@starvingasff For real though I can’t see the the “thinness” in the mirror despite 1kg away from my ugw

[♡ ‧₊˚ ⋅ ౨ৎ ‧₊ .ᐟ non edtwt dni @Sk11nyb10nde]

Anorexia is literally just the definition of “thin” changing 24/7, when your bmi 20 you think bmi 19 is thin , when your bmi 19 u think bmi 17 is thin, when u get to bmi 17 you think it’s not thin enough now you’re reaching for bmi 15

[Meowy @Meowydew]

@strvedbunnie I did! I’m someone who average about 3k steps if I do go out, I’ve dropped from 68kg to 51kg in 4 months? I’m currently 1kg away from my ugw even if it slow

[Meowy @Meowydew]

@paulmccalories I’m hella romanticising it because I live in tropical country 😭 it helps with not feeling the heat as much but I’m definitely humbled by the cold once I’m in air conditioned places

[Meowy @Meowydew]

@jaykaybobaeyes My max is 13k on days I’m out for entire day walking around the mall, idk where people are walking to 🫪

[milu 𑣲⋆ @jaykaybobaeyes]
