@ThePrimeagen
I might have an interesting video idea.
Not sure if you covered low/no-code solutions and the future of it. I/we work with Microsoft solution, PowerApps. Let me know if you'd like to talk about it. I think it could be an interesting topic to make a vid about.
@ravertux Hello there
I was browsing PCF Gallery for Solutions regarding Kanban board for model driven apps in Microsoft Powerapps and i stumbled upon your solution that looks great, but github page does not exist anymore. Do you make that solution available somewhere else? Tnx
#Microsoft#PowerApps question
What objects should i include in the solution when doing ALM?
If i go down the objects list and keep clicking "add required objects" this thing grows exponentially. For example, if i use "User" (systemuser) table, it brings with it a bunch of stuff
It kinda defeats the purpose of having solutions. Users table and all it's related objects are already in test & prod environment.
In the end, i end up with two solutions, company and project management, which feature 95% all of the same objects. And the list is long. /2
@mattbdevaney Sorry to hear.
I contacted MS support due to issues during last week. My changes on forms didn't reflect on model driven app. In the end we made it work with excessive publish and clear cache refresh on every step. Try going to all objects view in a solution and publish there.
@CitizenBIM @_TheDanWarren I guess they serve same purpose, but different approaches.
Submittals are way more robust. Takes more administration and effort on both sides (reviewer as well as submitter). If project team is acc literate and project is big & compex, probably submittals are the way to go.
