@ola_supports asked to resolve issue over DM, and told nothing could be done as 72 hours had passed since the booking. Which only happened because I was waiting on a response from their email support.

No choice left but to report in consumer court and stop using the app.

@ola_supports Paid the driver through gpay into their account because they demanded it even after we selected online payment methods in app.

The charges are still pending in app even though we paid the driver already. Your support system in app is highly inadequate.
