@NOWHelpTeam hi the new app isn’t working on Apple TV - it loads all the info so I can select programmes but when I click to watch it just buffers forever (left it for 20 min). All other apps streaming just fine so it’s not internet. Was working fine til today please help!

@NOWHelpTeam Thanks for the quick reply- I have done this and have also tried deleting the app and reinstalling. Have also signed out and back into my Apple account just in case. Same thing is still happening.

@NOWHelpTeam Except everything else is working just fine. There’s nothing downloading and no other devices streaming, the internet is working and up to speed and literally every other streaming app is fine. It is absolutely an app problem.
