@Skyscanner have you got any advice for passengers trying to contact BYOJET who you are quite clearly connected with through your website. Booked tickets to Sri Lanka/April for £600 p/p and now they are charging for a refund when Emirates will offer free refund for cancellations?

@GNRailUK There are no trains running, my only alternative would be welwyn garden city but these are also cancelled, not entirely sure what you suggest as an 'alternative' to get to london

@officialUKMail Please tell me why you say a package will be delivered by 1.15-2.15 I get a message saying it is being delivered in 15 minutes, and then 10 minutes later it says my parcel is being delayed until tomorrow, absolutely awful service
