It is deeply saddening for us to have to share with you the news that Ben Youdan’s artwork ‘Queer With No Fear’ has been removed and destroyed from the window of FACT on Wood Street. It is one of three artworks installed as part of our ‘Queer The City’ outdoor exhibition.

In light of the recent LGBTQIA hate crimes in the city, 100% of the open mic spots at @LovelyWordLpool on the 28th of October will be given over to LGBTQIA poets.
We have worked with young, marginalised creatives to make a trail around Liverpool City Centre to highlight the spaces where young people within the city feel safe, included, and protected. The trail consists of artwork, writing and podcast episodes made by young creatives!
