😇: People can’t help being jealous... It’s unavoidable. We end up comparing ourselves, after all—to something else... to someone else... That’s why I think social media is bad for us! 😂 Of course, I think there are many good ways to use it, too. For example, you look at someone’s social media and end up thinking, “Ah, that must be nice... I’m jealous...” When you see things like that, you might think, “What am I even doing right now...?” and end up feeling even more bitter. If I put it a little harshly, it can even make you lose your self-esteem...

But I don’t know if this is something you can train yourself to overcome. To be honest, I’ve always been someone who doesn’t use what other people are doing as my standard. Someone doing something or accomplishing something doesn’t become my standard. Rather, I’d say that figuring out what I’m doing right now is my task every day. So I guess my homework never ends.
