Reported it twice, got no updates despite being signed up thru website, and it took 12 hours to get it fully restored. We lost all the food in our refrigerator. We assume we will lose power for days at a time this summer. I feel for families on tight budgets. #notcomforting

@JLP20 @A_Listermann @MayorOfLA Easy there. Didn’t yell at CSR — had a nice chat. He suggested talking to supervisor so complaint could go up the ranks for change. I thanked the CSR for all he has had to endure for this ‘hood losing power 20+ times in 4 months.

@BrettySpaghetti I asked the person who answered The phone what I should do about the fact that this keeps happening. He spoke to supervisor and then told me that he was elevating the ticket. I would say call back again later or tomorrow. This is insane
