I knew that Thomas Partey had some loyal fans, but my word, they are nuts if you go against him 😂 I had no problem with him staying, but we moved on. With Zubimendi coming in, he would never be the first choice. He had a good season last year, but we were more vulnerable in transition, and he cost us the semi-final against PSG. The stupid booking against Madrid hurt us in the first leg, and then both goals in Paris were his fault. It is what it is, though. I wish him well wherever he ends up.
