Morgan Stanley just mapped out the entire AI infrastructure supply chain, and it reveals who actually gets paid at every layer of the trillion dollar buildout (Save this).

This heatmap breaks the AI infrastructure value chain into two dimensions those who owns and operates the data centers at the top and what physical and technical components get built underneath to make those data centers function.

At the top sit the owners/operators, the hyperscalers like Meta, Alphabet, Amazon and Microsoft, alongside data center REITs, private equity giants like Blackstone and Brookfield, enterprises and neoclouds including CoreWeave and Nebius.

These are the companies writing the massive capex checks that fund everything below them.

Below that sits the actual build out, split into seven layers, semi production, processors, server components, servers, network, internal power/cooling and power supply.

Semiconductor production is dominated by names your audience already knows well, Nvidia and AMD for GPUs, TSMC adjacent foundries, ASML and Applied Materials for capital equipment, and Micron and SK Hynix under memory/storage.

But the less obvious money is in the physical infrastructure layers most retail investors never look at.

Server components include passive parts from Yageo and Murata, thermal solutions from Sanyo Denki, and PCB substrates from companies like Unimicron.

Network infrastructure includes InfiniBand and Ethernet gear from Nvidia and Arista, plus optical/DCI routing from Cisco and Ciena.

Internal power and cooling is arguably the most underappreciated category here.

It includes liquid cooling specialists like Vertiv and CoolIT, power electronics from Siemens and Eaton, and uninterruptible power supply makers like ABB and Legrand, all companies solving the literal heat and electricity problem created by cramming more GPUs into less space.

So who benefits from all of this?

Everyone in every box benefits in some way but the real insight is that value doesn't concentrate at just the GPU layer anymore.

The hyperscalers at the top are distributing capex across seven distinct physical layers which means the picks and shovels opportunity set has expanded well beyond Nvidia into cooling, grid infrastructure, and power generation.

MIT filmed a calculus course in black and white decades ago and it still teaches better than most of what shipped this year. Almost nobody watches it.

This is Calculus Revisited, Unit 1, Lecture 1, taught by Herb Gross. Analytic geometry from the ground up, chalk on a board, 1 camera locked in place.

Gross built the course for adults returning to math after years away. No prerequisites assumed. Every idea earned in front of you instead of quoted from a textbook.

The opening move is simple division written on the board. From there he shows why coordinates work at all, the thing most courses skip and every student silently fakes.

Watch how slowly he goes. Each step spoken out loud, nothing left implicit, the pace of someone who expects you to actually follow.

A backend engineer I know rewatched Unit 1 twice before touching linear algebra and said it fixed a gap he'd carried for 12 years.

at the board it's simple. expected value is every outcome times its probability, added up into one number that tells you what a bet is worth on average. the roulette wheel sits at minus 5.26 percent, so every dollar you push across the table is worth about 94 cents back to you and the rest to the house. it never changes and it never has to. that's the whole "edge", minus the marketing.

expectation goes back to Pascal, Fermat and Huygens in the 1650s. it has been free for almost 400 years. same point as my casino piece above: the house wins because its number is positive and yours is negative, trade after trade.

the calculation is free and every fund runs it on every position. what they cannot sell you is the honesty to compute your real edge instead of the one you wish you had. that is the number that actually decides who goes broke, and no course can make you face it.

Newly declassified documents from the Department of Homeland Security show that over 250,000 non-citizens are illegally registered to vote in just the four states for which public data files have been reviewed.

If you missed President Trump's address to the nation tonight you need to know what he just released because it is significant regardless of where you stand politically.

Four major bombshells were dropped tonight with declassified documents to back them up.

First. The federal government has known for years that electronic voting machines and ballot counting systems are vulnerable to foreign attack. Declassified intelligence assessments spanning from January 2020 to June 2026 state that Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea all have the capability to compromise US election infrastructure. The same documents say centralized voter registration databases and pollbooks are the most vulnerable targets. They knew this and said nothing publicly.

Second. China stole 220 million American voter files. Names, addresses, phone numbers, party affiliation. The largest compromise of election data in American history. Intelligence agencies knew about it starting in 2020 and according to the White House, members of the intelligence community actively suppressed and downplayed the information rather than alerting the President or the American people.

Third. The FBI uncovered evidence of large scale voter registration fraud in Michigan in 2020. State police raided a Democrat get out the vote organization in Muskegon. Canvassers admitted to FBI agents they signed voter registration forms in other people's names and submitted registrations for people who did not exist. The Biden DOJ slow walked the investigation for years. Director Patel has now been directed to fully investigate and prosecute.

Fourth. A DHS review found approximately 278,000 non-citizens registered to vote in federal elections. And that is with Democrat states refusing to share their voter files. The real number is higher.

You can agree or disagree with Trump on anything. But these are declassified government documents. The White House has published them for anyone to download and read. This is not a speech. This is a document dump.
