Ruger is coming out with a new handgun in honor of Congress and the House of
Representatives…
It will be called the Congressman. It doesn’t work and you can’t fire it….
@HollyKesler I don’t believe we need any more amendments to our Constitution. The legalese with which amendments are written are a trap and a snare.
Let’s leave the Constitution ALONE and press all representatives to adhere to their Oath to support it.
📝 3 constitutional amendments are on Georgia’s ballot.
Here’s a clear-eyed look at each one — farmland tax relief, nonpartisan probate judges, and a dedicated Next Gen 9-1-1 fund — and why they matter for families, communities, and responsible governance.

You can’t call people dumb because they are too dumb to realize they are being given advice that can make them not dumb.
They get mad and more dumb.
They will even gang up and talk about you and how mean you are for pointing out their ignorance.
It’s not fun being on this side of knowledge.
How can we teach the constitutions and our history to people who are trained to think it’s a waste of time and irrelevant?
The text is simple and powerful if it’s respected, but it is ignored mostly by those who have degrees stating they know best.
We are in a tornado of chaos because people refuse to learn the history and traditions of our language and the purpose of government.
We march forward into intolerance and ignorance. Facing a population who regards professional opinion of the simple text..
We are in big trouble because we have no interest as a nation to be honest with the text of law.
How do they sleep?
@SunTzusWar The whole discussion about “licensed attorney” is laughable.
In Georgia you pass the state BAR you get a BAR “membership” card. It IS NOT a license. Secretary of State does not issue a “license” to practice law.
Have an HONEST discussion about a “license” to practice law.
The terms “Attorney“ and “lawyer“ are used interchangeably. I agree.
However, the literal definition of a lawyer is someone who has obtained a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school in the United States.
An attorney is a lawyer who has also passed the bar exam in a particular state and is able to practice law in that state.
There is nothing deceitful about holding yourself out as a lawyer if you have a JD.
It’s a three-year degree; you put in a lot of effort and spend a lot of money to obtain the JD. It is challenging and difficult.
When you obtain a masters degree, you have a masters degree. When you obtain an MBA you have an MBA.
When you obtain a JD, you are considered a lawyer.
This is getting blown way out of proportion.
Her explanation makes perfect sense. She knew she was not going to practice Law in California. Her plan was to live in China and practice international Law.
She did not need to pass any bar exams to do that.
Who cares if she failed the California bar exam the first time she took it.
I posted last night that the February 2026 passage rate for the California bar exam was only 30%. 70% of those who took the bar exam in California failed it this past February. It is not a walk in the park.
She’s lying. Too many people are missing the nuance here. The problem isn’t that she called herself a lawyer. Lots of people call people with law degrees lawyers. The problem is that she on at least five occasions on national television called herself a “practicing lawyer.” That means she took money to give legal advice. That’s illegal unless you’re a member of a State bar, which she wasn’t. She knew that. And she lied about her credentials on five occasions. It has nothing to do with calling herself a lawyer. It’s calling herself a “practicing” lawyer, practicing law, that’s the lie. And quite a big one.
Let’s do the Math-
1. The federal government arrested and prosecuted a business man for transporting lobsters in plastic bags instead of paper boxes - he served 6 years in prison.
2. The federal government arrested and prosecuted an Amish farmer for selling chickweed salve with an approved label - he went to prison.
3. The federal government regulates not only regulates what kind of guns law abiding citizens can posses but also what kind of gun parts they can buy.
4. The federal government regulates what kind of milk you can buy or sell, what kind of meat you can buy or sell, and an innumerable amount of other unnecessary intrusions, (add your most despised regulation in the comments) BUT…
They refuse to regulate what children can see on the Internet.
Nope- our government is not here to help, protect, or keep you safe. That’s just a lie to keep you complacent and compliant.
@RonFilipkowski So she doesn’t have a BAR membership card….
…….she’s not a “member” of a private club…..
The BAR doesn’t issue licenses only membership cards
You can play whatever semantic games you want. But when you go on TV and identify yourself as a lawyer or attorney but you never passed a bar exam, represented a client, appeared in court, or signed a pleading, you know you are intentionally trying to fool the audience.
There once was a time where political messaging swayed me.
Today, when I read this (I didn’t listen), I ask, “With all the powers of the federal government, where are the prosecutions for fraud?
Repent from politics. Learn real law. Stand on your rights (powers). Fear God.
Just to clear this up for folks, graduating law school makes you a JD or Juris Doctorate. Holding yourself out as an “attorney” or “lawyer” means you are LICENSED somewhere to practice. To be licensed you must pass the bar (or an apprenticeship in some states).
This is what real leadership looks like. The right response is for everyone liking and sharing this post to look in the mirror and think long and hard about what they can do outside of social media to advance justice… then get busy working.
She absolutely went out of her way to intentionally mislead the viewers in every segment that she was an experienced lawyer who had practiced law. Nobody with half a brain can watch this and think otherwise. She’s a fraud, which makes her perfect for a senior Trump appointment.
