Wow! I have studied the Bible for some forty years now and have never read anywhere in the Bible that Zionism is a necessary part of the gospel Message. Tsarfati just preached a false gospel! BEWARE!

Yes, God does say concerning Israel, "I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you" (e.g., Gen. 12:3; 27:27-29; Numb. 24:9; Deut. 30:7; Jer. 30:16; Ps. 122:6). But being cursed by God does not mean being beyond the pale of salvation, for if that is what is meant, the nation of Israel would be beyond the pale of salvation, but they are not! Yet, they are right now under the curse of the law and have been for quite some time (Deut. 28:15-68; 29:14-21). The nation of Israel, as a whole, have rejected their Messiah, King, Lord, and Savior Jesus Christ. Their rejection of Jesus Christ has left them under the curse of the law (e.g., Deut. 27:26; Dan. 9:7-16; Gal. 3:10-14). Read God's Word!

It is a lie to say you have to agree with everything the Israeli government is doing, or IDF is doing, or the current prime minister is doing, or what different groups of Jews or individual Jews around the world are doing. The prophets who were sent by God to Israel didn't agree everything Israel was doing! Jesus, God in human flesh, the Messiah, Savior, and King of Israel didn't agree with what Israel was doing! Jesus condemned the most respected Jewish religious leaders. Think biblically! Were the prophets of God and Jesus cursed? Of course not, don't fall for the lie, Israel was cursed because they agreed to abide by all things written in the Law of Moses or suffer the promised curses (Ex. 19:8; 24:3, 7; Deut. 5:27; 26:17; 27:26; Gal. 3:10).

The bulk of Jews today are unbelievers. They have rejected Jesus Christ. They are dead in their trespasses and sins and Satan is working in all the sons of disobedience (Eph. 2:1-3). Jews who reject Jesus Christ are held captive by Satan to do His will (2 Tim. 2:26). Jews who reject Jesus Christ are of their father the devil (Jn. 8:44). They lie in the power of Satan just like all unbelieving Gentiles (1 Jn. 5:19).

Think what the Word of God says about all wh do not know Christ, Jew or Gentile. Think why God sent many prophets to prophesy judgment against Israel. It was because Israel, as a nation, was in sin. Israel went into the Babylonian captivity because of sin. Jerusalem was destroyed by Titus because of sin. God was faithful to bring the curses of the Law upon the Jews which they agreed to suffer if they did not abide by all things in the Law of Moses. The Jews, as a whole, rejected the promised forerunner of the Messiah, John the Baptist (Mt. 17:12). The Jews, as a whole, did not recognize the day of their visitation by their own Messiah (Lk. 19:41-44). Read what the Word of God says about the Jewish people and the nation of Israel:

"When He approached Jerusalem, He saw the city and wept over it, saying, “If you had known in this day, even you, the things which make for peace! But now they have been hidden from your eyes. “For the days will come upon you when your enemies will throw up a barricade against you, and surround you and hem you in on every side, and they will level you to the ground and your children within you, and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not recognize the time of your visitation.” (Luke 19:41–44)

Thus, Israel remains under the curse and will remain under the curse, until they repent of their sin and place their faith in Jesus Christ, crucified for sinners, dead, buried, and resurrected from the dead (Zech. 12:10). To "bless Israel" is to desire their repentance from sin and faith in Jesus Christ. It is not supporting everything the Israeli government, groups of Jews, or individual Jews around the world are doing. Jesus and the prophets did not support any evil the Jews were doing in their day and we shouldn't support any evil Jews are doing in our day, especially the rejection of Jesus Christ.

Nevertheless, the Jews are still God's chosen nation. Not chosen unto salvation, but chosen to receive the Word of God, the covenants of promise, to produce the Messiah and Savior of the World, Jesus Christ, and have an exalted place in Christ's future millennial kingdom. But each individual Jew must repent and believe in Jesus Christ alone to be saved from the curse that abides on them and be blessed with the New Covenant that Christ inaugurated in His blood (Lk. 22:20; 1 Cor. 11:25; Heb. 12:24).

During the Daniel's 70th week, many Jews among the cursed nation of Israel will be saved (Zech. 12:10; Rom. 11; Rev. 7:4; 14:1-3). But each individual Jewish person must repent of their sins and place their faith in Jesus Christ alone for salvation if they want to get out from under the curse of the Law of Moses and be blessed with the New Covenant promises (Ezek. 36:24-32; Jer. 31:31-34; Heb. 8:7-9:28).

Don't believe the lie that "Zionism" means supporting everything any Jewish person, group of Jews, or Israeli government might do. Don't believe the lie that "Zionism" is a necessary part of the gospel. Don't believe the lie that if you reject modern day definitions of "Zionism" that you are cursed, that you are beyond the pale of salvation. Cursed is anyone, even an angel from heaven, who preaches a false gospel (Gal. 1:6-9).

❖WHY A LITERAL MILLENNIAL KINGDOM?

Because God intends to publicly prove His faithfulness, vindicate His justice, and expose — then invite — the human heart.

From Genesis to Revelation, Scripture presses toward a moment when Messiah rules on this earth, from Jerusalem, over Israel and the nations. The Millennium is not an appendix to redemptive history. It is the necessary stage where God completes His promises in the open, before eternity begins.

❖ God’s promises to Israel demand a real, earthly fulfillment
God never spoke vaguely to Israel. He promised land, nationhood, peace, security, prosperity, and a King from David’s line ruling from Zion.
“To your offspring I give this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the river Euphrates.” (Genesis 15:18)

Israel has never possessed that land in full. If God’s words mean what they say, then history must yet include a moment when He fulfills this promise exactly, not symbolically.

“I will take the people of Israel from the nations… and bring them into their own land.” (Ezekiel 37:21)
“My servant David shall be king over them.” (Ezekiel 37:24)
This is geographic, national, and Messianic. The Millennium is where covenant faithfulness becomes visible reality.

❖ David’s throne requires a future reign on earth

The angel’s words to Mary were unambiguous:

“The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David… and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever.” (Luke 1:32–33)

David’s throne was never in heaven. It was in Jerusalem.
Jesus has never yet ruled the nations from that throne.
The Millennium is not optional if God keeps promises as spoken.

❖ The prophets describe a world that has never existed
Isaiah, Zechariah, Ezekiel, and the Psalms describe an era of global peace, enforced justice, restored creation, and Jerusalem as the center of world instruction.

“The law shall go out from Zion, and the word of the Lord from Jerusalem.” (Isaiah 2:3)
“Nation shall not lift up sword against nation.” (Isaiah 2:4)

Wars have never ceased.
Jerusalem has never ruled the world.
Creation still groans.
This is not the Church Age.
And it is not the eternal state.

❖ Revelation 20 locks the sequence into history
John gives us order, not abstraction:

❖ Satan bound
❖ Saints resurrected
❖ Messiah reigning
❖ Nations existing
❖ Satan released
❖ Final rebellion
❖ Final judgment

“They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.” (Revelation 20:4)
“When the thousand years are ended, Satan will be released.” (Revelation 20:7)
If the thousand years are symbolic, the timeline collapses. The text reads like history because it is future history.

❖ The Millennium proves God was never the problem

This is the heart issue.

During the Millennium:

❖ Satan is bound
“He seized the dragon… and bound him for a thousand years.” (Revelation 20:2)

❖ Justice is perfect
“With righteousness he shall judge.” (Isaiah 11:4)

❖ Creation is healed
“The wolf shall dwell with the lamb.” (Isaiah 11:6)

❖ Bounty overflows
“The desert shall rejoice and blossom.” (Isaiah 35:1)

❖ Life is extended
“The young man shall die a hundred years old.” (Isaiah 65:20)

No demonic deception.
No corrupt leadership.
No systemic injustice.
No scarcity.

And yet…

❖ Righteous rule does not regenerate the heart
People will be born into the Millennial Kingdom. They will experience perfect governance, visible glory, and unmistakable truth — but Scripture never says they are born regenerate.
“He shall rule them with a rod of iron.” (Psalm 2:9)
Outward obedience will be enforced.
Inward loyalty must be chosen.
“The heart is deceitful above all things.” (Jeremiah 17:9)

❖ Satan’s final release exposes the human heart

After a thousand years of peace:

“Satan will be released… to deceive the nations… and they marched up… to surround the camp of the saints.” (Revelation 20:7–9)

No one can say:
❌ “The devil made me do it”
❌ “Society was unjust”
❌ “God was unfair”
❌ “Leadership failed”

They lived in the best possible world — and still rebelled.

❖ Israel will stand as God’s covenant witness to the nations
Israel will be restored, exalted, and blessed. Israel becomes living proof that God keeps His word.

“Ten men from the nations… shall take hold of the robe of a Jew.” (Zechariah 8:23)
“I will make you a light for the nations.” (Isaiah 49:6)

Covenant faithfulness will be visible. And still, some will hate the King.

❖ And yet…the King still invites hearts
The final word of the Millennium is not rebellion. It is revelation.

“I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit I will put within you.” (Ezekiel 36:26)

The Millennium proves that no system can save and no environment can redeem — but it magnifies the miracle of grace. In a world of perfect light, those who love the King do so freely, not blindly.

❖ The earth will finally become what it was made to be
Messiah’s reign is not cold authority. It is joyful order.

“The earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.” (Habakkuk 2:14)

Jerusalem will no longer tremble. It will reign.

“At that time Jerusalem shall be called the throne of the Lord, and all nations shall gather to it.” (Jeremiah 3:17)

❖ The last lesson before eternity
By the time the Millennium ends, the verdict is clear.

God was faithful.
God was just.
God was generous.
God was patient.

“Kiss the Son… blessed are all who take refuge in him.” (Psalm 2:12)

❖ The King will reign forever
The Millennium gives way to eternity not in chaos, but in triumph.

“The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he shall reign forever and ever.” (Revelation 11:15)

The only remaining question is whether hearts will bow now, willingly, before every knee bows inevitably.
Choose the King now — and reign with Him then. ❖

Israel, over the millennia, have had many, many enemies. They have been persecuted, enslaved, slaughtered, and you might wonder why that is since they are God’s chosen nation. The answer to that question is simple. They agreed to be persecuted, enslaved, and slaughtered when they repeatedly said, “All that they Lord said we will do,” (Ex. 19:8; 24:3, 7; Deut. 5:27; Josh. 24:24). Curses for disobedience were part of the covenant they agreed to keep.

Now you might wonder, "Aren't we under the New Covenant? Didn't Jesus inaugurate the New Covenant with His blood?" Yes, Jesus did, but each person, Jew and Gentile alike, must repent of their sin and place their faith in Jesus Christ, crucified for sinners, dead, burried, and resurrected from the dead on the third day alone for salvation from the wrath of God they deserve because of their sin. In Jesus' words to Nicodemus in Jn. 3:1-7 "you must be born again" if you are going to partake of the blessings of the New Covenant.

Israel, for the most part, has rejected their Messiah, Jesus Christ, and therefore, God is faithful to the curses of the covenant that they agreed to uphold. The Lord says through Moses in Deut. 28:15,

“But it shall come about, if you do not obey the Lord your God, to observe to do all His commandments and His statutes with which I charge you today, that all these curses will come upon you and overtake you."

Then Moses lists a ton of curses that would come upon Israel. Here is just a sampling from Deut. 28 that relate to Israel and their enemies:

Deut. 28:20 “The Lord will send upon you curses, confusion, and rebuke, in all you undertake to do, until you are destroyed and until you perish quickly, on account of the evil of your deeds, because you have forsaken Me. . . Vs. 25, “The Lord shall cause you to be defeated before your enemies; you will go out one way against them, but you will flee seven ways before them, and you will be an example of terror to all the kingdoms of the earth. 26 “Your carcasses will be food to all birds of the sky and to the beasts of the earth, and there will be no one to frighten them away.

Vss. 30-33, “You shall betroth a wife, but another man will violate her; you shall build a house, but you will not live in it; you shall plant a vineyard, but you will not use its fruit. 31 “Your ox shall be slaughtered before your eyes, but you will not eat of it; your donkey shall be torn away from you, and will not be restored to you; your sheep shall be given to your enemies, and you will have none to save you. 32 “Your sons and your daughters shall be given to another people, while your eyes look on and yearn for them continually; but there will be nothing you can do. 33 “A people whom you do not know shall eat up the produce of your ground and all your labors, and you will never be anything but oppressed and crushed continually. 34 “You shall be driven mad by the sight of what you see.

Vss. 36, “The Lord will bring you and your king, whom you set over you, to a nation which neither you nor your fathers have known, and there you shall serve other gods, wood and stone. . . Vs. 41, “You shall have sons and daughters but they will not be yours, for they will go into captivity.

Deut. 28:45-57, “So all these curses shall come on you and pursue you and overtake you until you are destroyed, because you would not obey the Lord your God by keeping His commandments and His statutes which He commanded you. 46 “They shall become a sign and a wonder on you and your descendants forever. 47 “Because you did not serve the Lord your God with joy and a glad heart, for the abundance of all things; 48 therefore you shall serve your enemies whom the Lord will send against you, in hunger, in thirst, in nakedness, and in the lack of all things; and He will put an iron yoke on your neck until He has destroyed you.

49 “The Lord will bring a nation against you from afar, from the end of the earth, as the eagle swoops down, a nation whose language you shall not understand, 50 a nation of fierce countenance who will have no respect for the old, nor show favor to the young. 51 “Moreover, it shall eat the offspring of your herd and the produce of your ground until you are destroyed, who also leaves you no grain, new wine, or oil, nor the increase of your herd or the young of your flock until they have caused you to perish. 52 “It shall besiege you in all your towns until your high and fortified walls in which you trusted come down throughout your land, and it shall besiege you in all your towns throughout your land which the Lord your God has given you.

53 “Then you shall eat the offspring of your own body, the flesh of your sons and of your daughters whom the Lord your God has given you, during the siege and the distress by which your enemy will oppress you. 54 “The man who is refined and very delicate among you shall be hostile toward his brother and toward the wife he cherishes and toward the rest of his children who remain, 55 so that he will not give even one of them any of the flesh of his children which he will eat, since he has nothing else left, during the siege and the distress by which your enemy will oppress you in all your towns.

56 “The refined and delicate woman among you, who would not venture to set the sole of her foot on the ground for delicateness and refinement, shall be hostile toward the husband she cherishes and toward her son and daughter, 57 and toward her afterbirth which issues from between her legs and toward her children whom she bears; for she will eat them secretly for lack of anything else, during the siege and the distress by which your enemy will oppress you in your towns."

The Lord is faithful to fulfill His Word. Does this mean that God has rejected Israel as His chosen nation? No. They are still His chosen nation: 1) Chosen to receive the Word of God. 2) Chosen to receive the promises and covenants of God. 3) Chosen to produce the Messiah, Jesus Christ. 4) Chosen to have an exalted place in Jesus' kingdom. Yet, if the Jewish people wish to get out from under the Old Covenant, they must turn in faith to Jesus Christ, the promised Messiah.

And this will happen as the Lord himself will make it happen, “I will pour out on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the Spirit of grace and of supplication, so that they will look on Me whom they have pierced; and they will mourn for Him, as one mourns for an only son, and they will weep bitterly over Him like the bitter weeping over a firstborn." (Zech. 12:10)

Ezekiel describes what the Lord will do for Israel in Ezekiel 36:22-36: “Therefore say to the house of Israel, ‘Thus says the Lord God, “It is not for your sake, O house of Israel, that I am about to act, but for My holy name, which you have profaned among the nations where you went. 23 “I will vindicate the holiness of My great name which has been profaned among the nations, which you have profaned in their midst. Then the nations will know that I am the Lord,” declares the Lord God, “when I prove Myself holy among you in their sight. 24 “For I will take you from the nations, gather you from all the lands and bring you into your own land.

25 “Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols. 26 “Moreover, I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. 27 “I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will be careful to observe My ordinances. 28 “You will live in the land that I gave to your forefathers; so you will be My people, and I will be your God. 29 “Moreover, I will save you from all your uncleanness; and I will call for the grain and multiply it, and I will not bring a famine on you.

30 “I will multiply the fruit of the tree and the produce of the field, so that you will not receive again the disgrace of famine among the nations. 31 “Then you will remember your evil ways and your deeds that were not good, and you will loathe yourselves in your own sight for your iniquities and your abominations. 32 “I am not doing this for your sake,” declares the Lord God, “let it be known to you. Be ashamed and confounded for your ways, O house of Israel!”

33 ‘Thus says the Lord God, “On the day that I cleanse you from all your iniquities, I will cause the cities to be inhabited, and the waste places will be rebuilt. 34 “The desolate land will be cultivated instead of being a desolation in the sight of everyone who passes by. 35 “They will say, ‘This desolate land has become like the garden of Eden; and the waste, desolate and ruined cities are fortified and inhabited.’

36 “Then the nations that are left round about you will know that I, the Lord, have rebuilt the ruined places and planted that which was desolate; I, the Lord, have spoken and will do it.” (Ezek. 36:22-36)
