@MickyJnr__ North African teams are generally very hostile to referees. They contest every decision a ref makes. They always swarm refs trying make them make decisions that favour their team. They fein injuries and demand cards for the opponent. They rant and complain from start to end. Wow

Must Read 📌 Today is my last day on LinkedIn. You people are so boring. How is no one talking about what @IShowSpeedHQ @ishowspeedsui just did across Africa? Because what I watched wasn’t a tour. It was a moment. From the pictures alone, this is what the world saw: A global creator dancing with us not watching us. Running with our strongest people. Pulling cars. Getting pulled while sitting on a truck. Walking into villages, ghettos, studios, streets welcomed, not staged. Carrying firewood. Eating local food by choice. Laughing. Failing. Sweating. Being awkward. Being human. Victoria Falls didn’t look like a postcard. It looked powerful. Culture wasn’t frozen. It was alive. Youth weren’t begging for attention. They were the attention. No luxury narrative. No pity Africa. No “save the continent” energy. Just Africa ,moving, loud, funny, talented, confident. And in a few livestreams, millions of people around the world saw that. Not because someone explained Africa to them. But because they experienced it. That’s the part most people are missing. This wasn’t tourism. This was participation. He didn’t come polished. He didn’t come professional. He didn’t come with a script. He showed up as himself. And that’s why it worked. He’s worth about $30M. No degree. No safe career path. Just consistency, courage, and visibility. So here’s the uncomfortable lesson for LinkedIn and for life: People don’t connect to perfection. They connect to presence. They don’t care about your titles. They care about your energy. They don’t want your résumé. They want your reality. If you don’t put your world out there, no one will ever discover it. We are living in the attention economy. And in this economy: Visibility = value. Authenticity = currency. Africa didn’t need rebranding. It needed a window. And one person opened it by simply being himself. So I’ll ask you this: What if we did the same on LinkedIn? No corporate masks. No borrowed voices. No waiting to be “ready.” Just real stories.
