PROJECT PROPOSAL UPDATES AND GUIDELINES

Hi co-FOHA’s,

We submitted and finalized all project proposals earlier today. Based on our meeting with the contact, we were able to confirm the following items that are prohibited as freebies/giveaways and projects that were not approved:

Freebies Not Allowed
• Hygiene kits
• Medical kits
• Snacks and bottled water freebies

Note: Self-made snacks and packed juices are still awaiting approval.

The reason for these restrictions is that such items may be confiscated upon entry, as they are not allowed inside the arena.

Internal Projects Not Approved / Not Allowed Inside the Arena

• CONFETTI

Unfortunately, our planned CONFETTI Project for the boys was not approved. We truly did our best to make it happen and explored every possible option.

We’re still hoping that the organizers may have a prepared confetti effect for the show so we can create a memorable moment for our boys. 🥺☹️

• Tapestries
• Long banners/ Drop down banners
• LED banners/ LED Letter banners/ LED hand banners

The reason is that all hanging materials and oversized banners are strictly prohibited by venue management.

We are still awaiting confirmation regarding additional prohibited items, as well as the complete list of do’s and don’ts. We are also waiting for the approval of our remaining proposed projects, which we expect to receive next week.

For fanbases planning to submit additional projects, proposals may still be submitted until Saturday, June 13, 2026.

We encourage all fanbases to submit not only their finalized projects but also any planned projects that they are seriously considering. This will allow us to include them in our initial submission and make it easier to file an appeal should any project be rejected, rather than submitting them at a later date.

Please note that all project submissions remain subject to organizer approval.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. We will continue to provide updates as soon as we receive further information.
