Tech update

Redis-backed scan cache. backend/src/services/onchain/cache.ts caches onchain reads in a plain in-memory Map, so every deploy cold-starts the cache and nothing is shared across instances. Swap it for Redis (Upstash or Render Redis) at the same TTLs: repeat scans of hot contracts stay fast, Basescan rate-limit pressure drops, and the cache survives restarts and scales horizontally. Table-stakes before traffic grows.
