They don't need to become Spanish citizens to live there, so why would they want extra admin, headache and cost? The Spainish allow them to be there indefinitely. Those Brits can do postal votes!

@JeremyClarkson Angela tried to dodge tax and some others try to dodge tax via farmland. Angela should resign and the farm tax loop closed. I'll go further and say that 50% of the nations wealth shouldn't be in the hands of the 10%. Alternatively they house veterans and feed hungry kids.
