On June 30, the Pennsylvania House Communications and Technology Committee held a formal public meeting on UAP reporting, airspace safety, and scientific inquiry.
@ChrisKMellon testified during the hearing, which also included testimony from @uncertainvector and Penn State astrophysicist Jason Wright.
The discussion marked another sign that serious UAP policy work is moving beyond Washington and into state-level institutions.

William S. Milliken III, 44, of Thomasville, was arrested outside Wesley Memorial Church in High Point, North Carolina, during Sunday morning services after police say he arrived wearing body armor and officers found two flamethrowers, two crossbows, a CO2-powered launcher designed to resemble a handgun, more than 500 rounds of ammunition, black duct tape, three knives and oxycodone pills in his truck.

Keep in mind that Khamenei’s funeral could reopen old wounds.
It is likely to be a very interesting funeral to monitor.
Starts on July 4th and goes on for 6 days until the 9th.
U.S. and Israel eliminated the most influential Islamic Shia leader in the world.
It’s going to be interesting.

"Sometimes [the phenomenon] presents itself in like a non-corporeal form, too: Orbs, balls of energy." ~Grusch
"It’s not out of the question that aliens could be hiding here in a shadow biome." ~Eric Davis
~
Grusch: "There is a real phenomenon that...origin undetermined, but it's trippy. And sometimes it presents itself in like a non-corporeal form, too: Orbs, balls of energy. They'll appear as like, some kind of bipedal hominid, like some people have espoused."
(See the Skinwalker Ranch incident where a Bigfoot-like creature allegedly climbed out what appeared to be some type of portal tunnel. Or cases Stan Gordon investigated where a physical craft was seen, along with Bigfoot-like creatures and orbs. Or Bigfoot turning into orbs. 😵💫 You think people wanna report such a thing?)
Grusch: "So, I think that might be...call it interdimensional, call it shadow biome, cryptoterrestrial. I mean, there's a lot of different theories."
(Here's Dr. Eric Davis on what the phenomenon may represent. And he touches on a shadow biome.)
Davis: "I have a personal theory and my boss (Hal Puthoff) has a different one. I’ll give you mine. I believe that they are alien. Whether they’re extraterrestrial, that remains to be seen. But if they’re interdimensional…whether they’re extraterrestrial in an interdimensional fashion or not extraterrestrial in an interdimensional fashion is irrelevant. The fact is, if they’re traveling through dimensions, they’ve got a home somewhere. Now where that home is, we don’t know. It may not even be on the Earth. It could be on the Earth and they’re moving through dimensions that we don’t have access to, technologically. So it’s very possible. I mean, it’s not out of the question that aliens could be hiding here in a shadow biome.
"Dr. Paul Davies at the…I don’t remember the name of his foundation at Arizona State University – he published two papers in Acta Astronautica back in the late 2000s on this very subject. He said, 'We should be looking at the Moon, we should be doing archeology on the Moon or archaeology on the Earth to look for ancient-alien artifacts, technological artifacts that were left behind after a visitation on the Earth.' Now he’s thinking in terms of two hundred million years ago, not in terms of UFOs of today, because UFOs are explosive language. It’s got the bad, cultural connotation associated with this topic. So, he’s avoiding that as a good, conservative scientist that he is. He’s actually a pioneer in quantum field theory and curved, space-time physics, which is the precursor to quantum gravity. So he’s in the SETI business now, Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence. And what he was talking about in his papers was called Search for Extraterrestrial Artifacts, like archeological technology, artifacts like ancient-Egyptian equipment and things like that, artwork and whatnot. So, it’s very possible that they’re here and they’ve been living here. Or, they’re visiting here."

And here's Davis explaining interdimensional in a message to me...
"Interdimensional is speculation but it’s widely referring to the potential for different planes of existence that humans haven’t discovered or cannot sense. There is the possibility of life that exists outside of human visual and auditory ranges which an NHI might exist within but this is not in another number of dimensions that differ from our own." ~Dr. Eric W. Davis
Successful disclosure depends on excellent science as much as government transparency. Take research on a 1977 event in Council Bluffs, Iowa, when witnesses to a UAP observed a red mass falling from the sky and then found a pool of molten metal on the ground, still boiling twenty minutes later. Peer-reviewed analysis led by the Sol Foundation’s Dr. Garry Nolan and Dr. Jacques Vallée ruled out five prosaic explanations for what the metal might be, lending substance to the possibility that it was not manufactured by human beings.
You cannot learn from the sins of the past if you refuse to confront the past.
Terrible things were done to U.S. citizens in the name of national security and protecting the UAP legacy program.
It's time Americans insist the gaslighting ends. That starts with full transparency about what occurred—and with holding the individuals and agencies responsible accountable.

If it were so unlikely that some UFOs stem from NHI, then Avi Loeb, the UAP Science Advisory Council, the UAP Governance Board, and other government efforts to get to the bottom of the UFO mystery would all be a complete waste of time.
Hint: there actually is a REASONABLE probability that some UFOs are truly anomalous, technological, and not man-made.
That doesn't mean every investigation points to NHI, but it does mean the NHI hypothesis is not some laughable fringe absurdity.
Over the last week, Ukrainian forces have mounted a major drone campaign against the power grid in Russian-occupied Crimea, hitting over a dozen power substations.
The Crimean grid has become relatively unstable, with officials reporting rolling outages.
Hillary Clinton urges federal employees NOT to cooperate after President Trump authorizes Pulte to DECLASSIFY anything he wants while he serves as DNI.
Even CNN stated that Hillary Clinton's comment seemed a little "Deep Statey."
"The DNI has access to everything, everything that they want to see," said Clinton. "I mean, I hope there are career and even political appointees in various of the agencies that are slow-walking or refusing to share information with Pulte." - Hillary Clinton
It's only a matter of time, and they know it.
MORE | Russian forces’ rate of advance in June 2026 is a fraction of the rate of advance that Russian forces achieved in June 2025.🧵(1/3)
ISW has observed evidence to assess that Russian forces seized or infiltrated 30.42 square kilometers in June 2026 and advanced or infiltrated at an average pace of 1.01 square kilometers per day. Russian forces comparatively seized 481.25 square kilometers in June 2025, advancing at an average pace of 16.04 square kilometers per day. Russia’s gains have been largely gradual and creeping for over a year, and even Russia’s faster average rate of advance in 2025 was at a foot pace.
Russia’s rate of advance has been steadily decreasing since November 2025, and Russian forces have thus far been unable to roll back the successful Ukrainian counterattacks in the Kupyansk and Oleksandrivka directions from late 2025 and spring 2026. Russian forces’ main territorial gains have been in Russia’s main effort area near Kostyantynivka in Donetsk Oblast, where Russian forces have achieved slow tactical gains at high costs in the city’s urban environs.

🛸 Rep. Luna Just Named Bradenton, FL a Major UAP Hotspot!
During a Fox News Sunday Briefing segment at the Great American State Fair, Florida Congresswoman and declassification task force chair Anna Paulina Luna casually stated while promoting her state: “Bradenton has a TON of UAP activity”, adding it would “probably go viral.”
She also flagged New Mexico skies as worth watching.
This comes just 3 days after her June 25 UAP Disclosure Forum comments pushing the White House for immunity for whistleblowers who know exact locations of recovered craft and NHI biologics.
A lawmaker with access to classified briefings (and who demanded 46 specific Pentagon UAP videos in April) doesn’t drop a precise mid sized Florida Gulf city name by accident.
Bradenton’s position near sensitive airspace and water could point to concentrated monitoring, recovery ops, or NHI activity patterns.
I fully support efforts to obtain historical UAP records and data. The Council will pursue multiple objectives: obtaining historical government data that has never been available to scientists before, and requesting new data and evidence that meet today's scientific standards.
