A GTA 6 fan may have tracked down the real-life Miami building that inspired Lucia’s home.

The location is believed to be the former Belmar Condominium, a Miami property that was reportedly purchased for around $12 million in 2022 before being demolished.

Fans noticed similarities between the building’s design and the apartment seen in GTA 6, leading to speculation that Rockstar may have used it as a reference while creating Lucia’s home.

GTA 6 is shaping up to be Rockstar’s most interactive open world yet, with a huge number of smaller systems designed to make Leonida feel more alive.

Bus stops can be used for fast travel, letting you either sit through the full ride or skip directly to your destination. Drive-thrus are fully functional too, allowing Jason or Lucia to order food and receive temporary stat boosts.

There’s also a RideMe app, similar to Uber or Lyft, where you can request a driver and either experience the full journey or skip it.

Convenience stores are more interactive, with players able to physically pick items from shelves before buying them, similar to RDR2. GTA 6 also features a zoo where you can study animals, and Jason and Lucia can visit together as a date to improve their relationship.

Phones are now physical items that characters actually look at and use. Jason and Lucia have different apps and follow different people, while social media posts can lead you to real locations and NPCs around the map.

A vehicle app called Waink gives details about cars, including the tool needed to break in, selling price and registration cost. Stolen cars also need to be registered before becoming personal vehicles.

The HUD is highly customizable, with options for a classic minimap, temporary HUD elements or a compass. Streamer Mode, Photo Mode and Cinematic Mode are also included.

NPC interactions work similarly to RDR2, allowing you to greet or antagonize people, and Lucia can even defend Jason independently in free roam.

NPCs also have a much wider variety of heights, while more pets can be found throughout the world.

GTA 6 is looking less like a traditional open world and more like a world that constantly reacts to what you do.
