Thank you @Delta for making it easy for my mom to book a flight home. She was attending a gun violence prevention conference in ATL & was abandoned by @SouthwestAir without her bags and told she would have to wait for 24+ hours before she could get home. Only using Delta now! 😘

Fascinating how I have been trying to get in touch with someone from @SouthwestAir for 2 hours with no response, but they are responding to others who sent their messages way after me. NEVER using this airline again.

My mother and many others on that plane were attending a gun violence prevention conference in Atlanta and THIS is how they get treated when they try to get home using YOUR airlines?! Not a cute look @SouthwestAir

@SouthwestAir will answer questions about peanuts and missing luggage but won’t answer a DM about a plane full of people ABANDONED at the Atlanta airport over claims of “bad weather” in Baltimore... Disgusting! #Southwest

My mother has:
-NO luggage
-NO offer to help finding a flight that leaves today instead of TOMORROW or offer of accommodations
-Had to pay $400+ out of pocket to get on another airline so she wouldn’t be stuck for 24+ hours
-NO one answering DMs to help.
