MetaDiagram™: Visualize Your Life Timeline, Strategize for Holistic Success🔹Inspired by architectural principles, MetaDiagram™ offers a powerful method to design life as a project. Just as a blueprint layers different elements, this approach visualizes and understands how various aspects of life—health, career, dreams, and relationships—interact.
By mapping these layers, MetaDiagram™ creates a clear, actionable strategy for balanced, long-term success. This method supports individual planning across a life timeline, effectively tackles milestones, and reduces uncertainty. MetaDiagram™ uses established design thinking tools to systematically build a fulfilling and holistic life, layer by layer, step by step.
You change a system from within; you understand it only from outside. MetaDiagram™ is the bird's-eye view, the step outside the system from which the whole of it finally becomes legible.

Three years ago, MetaDiagram™ began as a hunch: that architectural drawing and systems thinking belonged in the same room, and that together they could work as a universal problem-solving tool. Anastasia Podolskaya and Luisa Schultz set out to build it for themselves first.
But somewhere in that process the loose set of practices closed into a system, and it keeps getting deeper. The further the method is worked, the more it gives back, surprising even its founders with how much universal wisdom it is still withholding.
Body records what we suppress and builds patterns for protection. It organizes reactions, behaviors, and even physical symptoms into a system designed to keep us safe.
While the mind forgets, the body executes, which is why certain situations repeat and certain tensions stay.
You don’t just remember trauma.
You relive it—every single day.
In your posture.
Your reactivity.
Your inability to relax.
Here’s what The Body Keeps the Score reveals—and how to finally heal it (by a PhD psychologist):🧵
Maybe today you don't feel like going for a run. But when you see your life in one frame — who you want to be at 50, 60, 80 — today's small decision either moves you toward that or away from it.
What's happening to you isn't a sign that you're failing. It's a sign that the way we're living and tracking no longer matches the volume of information we have.
The average worker loses 3 hours daily to context switching. Our beta users don't. Their AI runs locally, always there. IrisGo eliminates the hidden tax on your focus.
@NickLeRoy dude, I am finding myself FAR more exhausted by 3pm than I ever used to lol. Context switching. Trying to learn at the same time. Trying to 'just do more' is kicking my ass man!
