I don't think it is wise to share the letter since she appealed the case, but yes the rule 408 letter exists as she tried to convince Greg and I to settle all claims against us, but NOT GEORGE, adamantly not GEORGE. The letter interestingly enough does not ask for a $$ amount. The # GP references was via a phone call with the NBH attorney.

There will be a submission on the docket this week to reflect the above decision, in the meantime: there is no need for anyone to rush to file a Proof of Interest at this time.
